Can you move my existing site over?
Yes, and we do it for you at no charge. Send us the login for your current host and we migrate the files, databases, and email, then hand you a staging URL to check before we switch DNS. Most moves finish the same day with no downtime.
What happens to the price when I renew?
Nothing. The monthly rate you sign up at is the rate you keep. If we ever have to raise prices across the board we will tell you at least 30 days ahead, and you can leave with a prorated refund.
Do I have to buy a domain from you?
No. Point an existing domain at us and it works exactly the same. Buying it here just means one login and one invoice instead of two.
Is there a refund period?
Thirty days, no questions. Domain registrations are the one exception — once a name is registered with the registry that fee is non-recoverable, so we cannot refund it.
What control panel do I get?
cPanel, with the tools you would expect: file manager, phpMyAdmin, email accounts, cron, SSH, and one-click installers for WordPress and friends.
How fast is support, really?
Tickets are typically answered within an hour during UK business hours and within a few hours overnight. Anything that looks like a server-side outage gets picked up immediately, whatever the time.
